DIY DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CHIP FRAPPUCCINO (starbucks)

Ingredients :
1 cup of milk or coconut milk (coconut milk is more sweet)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1/3 cup of chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
2 cups of ice at least (add more to make it more thick)
1/4 of vanilla extract
Whip cream (optional)

instead of straight sugar, use 3 TBSP of simple syrup.
