That's a cool idea my brother has a couple of carts that don't work. You have encouraged me to do the same.

This video was 9 years ago. I like how you made it work, very simply. Doesn’t look like “rocket science”. Do you still have it? How’s it holding up? Any update videos you could make ? Thanks in advance.

nice conversion, i never thought about that type of setup, my issue was finding a way attach a sprocket to the gear box

On the rear "axle" - you just took electric motor out of the way and put a sprocket pulley on it or a centrifical clutch sprocket? What size did you put on .... was it difficult? thanks so much ! GD Tractor

I gear it 12t on the clutch and 10t on the diff shatf and it only 16 mph and very slow take off 😂😂. I think it need 9 hp or more instead of a 5 hp

Was curious to how you got just the shaft out of the motor. Im trying to put a 200cc dirtbik engine in my golfcart but have no place to mount the sprocket.

How did you strip the armature to a bare shaft to get a sprocket over it I'm going to be going your way

Okan I've been looking into doing this. I have a few questions. First. The rear differential. So that twists and goes up and down with the suspension. How do you keep the chain from falling off with having the engine mounted to the frame? I saw some guys box in the rear diff and run a plate off of it for the engine that does not connect to the frame. But that looks like a bitch.
Secondly. How did you get the wire and shit off of the motor to get the gear on that shaft? Or is that a different shaft you ran in the electric motor housing? I need to know you did this. Love the idea.
