That's called an engineering marvel not the first time in world BUT definitely first time for India. Kudos to BEML a govt of India PSU for designing and manufacturing it indigenously.

Believe it or not, a glass of coffee/tea/water won't spill even on a normal train! I always keep a full cup of tea on the seat or folding table in the train and it has never spilt even at highest speeds. Try it out for yourself.
