I will put a Shirley Fabrication cooker up against a Lang in ANY category any day of the week and twice on Shirley is second to none.

Honestly Shirley is #1, by far their builds are superior then any other. From custom trailers to custom anything you can think of they can fab, weld it, and paint the dam thing if need be. I like the placements of 10 through 3.

Lang may be popular, but they are mass produced and very average in terms of build quality.

Why did you have Lang or Shirley? Shirley beats Lang in quality, design, function and capacity. They may have designed the reverse flow and thanks for that knowledge. But Paul and Tyler have taken the reverse flow to a different level than Lang. From damper system, baffle plate to do straight vertical cooker, and able to do direct grill in the main chamber. Curious how you came up with Lang? I was reading the comments and didn't see one other person agree with the Lang choice.
