Put them on a 29 and send em down the mountain as soon as they are born they should figure it out

Why did you skip the 16“ and directly go from 14“ to 20“?
Our son would fit onto a 16“ but actually I was thinking of going straight to 20“ a little later, but on the other hand I think handling will be better on the 16“ for him.
What are your experiences with skipping this size?

Those kids bikes are way too damn expensive to be buying a new one every couple of years. I buy them the cheap bikes to learn then when they get older they get a very good bike

In the Netherlands we measure like this:
