Where are you designing from to bring images to the rip software? I use Cricut to design everything and can’t figure out how to bring those designs over to prorip since Cricut only allows you to save your designs in the software/app which sucks!

When you set it up the video said the light needs to be green and it should always be on. My light is not turning green it is blue.
