Sim 2 has the same size head(460cc). Sim 2 Max’s difference is the weight is towards the heel(Slightly more draw biased) and has a heavier rear weight. 16g rear weight for Sim 2 and 24g rear weight for Sim 2 Max

if ur a beginner thats wants cheap taylormade driver head the r9 is fire. Its very forgiving and absolutely rips. I carry 280 on stripes and about 255-260 on miss hits and it doesnt break too far for ur shot shape.

Got the 2 max a week ago. Wish I could have got the 2 cuz u just don't think I'll be able to shape the ball with this.
