A warrior's home with amazing views over Windhelm. Lots of customisable options, two outside decks in addition to the one on the ground floor, plus a tower and all amenities.

Now, I’m not usually loving Windhelm Stone homes but this is just so amazing and it’s a little tucked away from the city.

Discovered this treasure trove of a channel yesterday and instantly subbed. Some of the best reviews for skyrim mods I've seen. Kudos to you!

My brother got a door mat for Christmas last year. It read: "Oh no, not you again." And he loves it!

Love this house! Definitely going to install this one! It's decent sized with everything you need and some nice extra touches, without being too big or ostentatious. Just enough clickies too! Love your mod reviews. Always so well done. I love that you always show where the property is in the map! Not all mod reviewers do that! There's nothing worse that being excited to go see a property after installing the mod, only to not be able to find it and have to spend considerable time hunting for it! I never have to that with yours! Brilliant work, keep it up!

I love this mod. It's just right, all the detailed decorations and lighting is great and adds so much to this mod. I would have like to have seen an auto sorter and a bit bigger windows that I could see out of. Now don't hate me for this, but I am a hunter in real life, so the mounts on the wall don't bug me, however, I would have spread them thru out the house and not bunched them up in just a couple of rooms. One of the other things I like is that the mod author has left a book that allows the player to make changes to the house. Any time an author allows the player to make changes that they may like, that just makes the mod that much better. Overall I think this mod is fantastic, but the real thing that got me so excited was the use of space it was Outstanding use of space, so many times I have seen mods where the use of space was ether to crowded or so open it looked very empty. The use of space is number one on my list of five things I look at in a player home mod. Very Very Very good use of space. As always very good video Feb, keep up the great work and I can't wait to see what's next.

I love it!! Those window lights just really add so much charm to the house, so pretty in the dark! Just imagine getting lost in the snowy woods and coming across a warm, inviting, and cozy house like that, I wouldn't even care if I found myself in a Hansel & Gretel situation! This house does have a really masculine feel, which I don't mind as it's still really nice inside, but it's not exactly the type of decoration I was expecting from the outside of the home(though it's great that you can change aspects of the decor). Tbh, I'm not quite sure what I was expecting, maybe for it to have Tudor or Bavarian style furniture & decor??? Maybe it's cause of the cute windows lol. Anyways it's still really nice, has a full bathroom (I'm loving that more and more mod authors are putting in toilets), and I think I'm going to use it this play-through!

And it comes with two snow angels ( 6:08) 😅 - you are right, the little new details, like the lit stain glass windows, are great.
Um, except the bed. Why do they suck with the beds?
There were some homes you reviewed in the past where everyone was nice and cozy and than there was a bed fit for... a beggar.

The thing I could live without, to be fair in all the houses that have this, is the "vampire retreat".

Beautiful Dragon attack opening! And oh my goodness, I am in love with whatever armor you have on Indigo this time. XOXOXO

It's nice seeing this place without a giant red triangle with an ! in the middle (Not sure what I was missing there, but it might have been in my LE game on my old PC, long ago). I really like this house. It feels practical, but you've got it - gorgeously decorated. The exterior is a little imposing, just like I'd imagine I'd want the Dragonborn's home to =), but it suits the Windhelm style very, very well. Wonder if I'd have more success on another try. I'm always delighted to see decorations you can change.

There aren't enough homes with decoration like at 11:18. That is juts stunning.

With all that snow you would need lots of storage... The farthest I would be going would be the fab deck all bundled up. I am a winter weenie and love my layers.

Great video! I love all your house reviews, some I really enjoy in my game. You're commentary is also awesome, keep up the excellent work! :D First like for video for once. Also, I've been trying to support great Youtubers like you and Shirley Curry, (as always), but more recently I have more time to dedicate some extra time to enjoy this content.

Yust checked it out and played with the customizations around - still find the options for the floors too dark. Love this Manor and keep in my game(s) ; still find it too dark in general. Have seen many player homes by now and must say: Skyfall Estate is still my personal champion. Skyfall is friendly, cozy, offers superb lightning; a home that casts a smile on my lips whenever i enter it. A place where you enjoy spending your time in. (...using the LE version)

This is a gorgeous house. Now I can't decide which one I want to install! LOL --Eastmarch Manor, Velothi Palace, or Bridge Farm? Someone should create a mod that recognizes if you own more than one property, like a proper aristocrat.

"Procedure entry point SteamUser could not be located in the dynamic link library steam_api64.dll"
is what I get every time I attempt to start Skyrim CK. I've tried every Google, forum suggestions and help and cursed at betheseda after sending me a ridiculous copy & paste auto generated reply on a "support ticket".
I love all these showcased homes you show, right now I use "Moonstone Castle" due to the location of all the crafting tables, forge etc., all in the same room. All that running back and forth to the forge to the enchanting table and storage makes mental. Also I tend to forget materials running back and forth because I'm old.
I said above about the CK for should I ever get it running I plan to make a castle / home for crafter's-horder's with a theme for Nocturnal (thieves guild are my people). I modded the hell out of Morrowind, a little OB, but hated the changes to the CK after MW. Guess I'm going to have to remove the stick from my backside and learn the thing (provide I can get the (@*&#&$^& working properly).
Thank you again for sharing sincerely!
Going to see if you showcased "Ebongrove" really like that mod too.

Hey, I have this one. It makes a great home for either a Stormcloak or Imperial soldier after the war (Mostly for a Stormcloak, since the Imperial would take up residence in Solitude, likely).
Can I suggest a house mod for you to review, if you haven't already? It's called Whiterun cottage, I think, and it's a personal favourite of mine, specifically down to the decor and architecture.

Edit: Nevermind, I just found out you've done it already. On the other hand, there is an overhaul which I quite like that changes the look of Imperial soldiers to fit in with the Oblivion soldiers. It's not a house mod, so you don't have to review it, but if you're bored or dislike how cold the soldiers might be in the frigid weather, it's a nice replacement to make them look nice and warm. It's called Authentic Legion, and NordwarUA, the author, has made multiple of these kinds of mods.

The only problem with this home, i can't move my family in this home. Is it the mod or is it multiple adoptions.
Update: This home is not supported by Multiple Adoptions, this really sucks.

Shield Displays are great. I love the library. I'd get rid of the hunters myself unless you play as a Nord and can wave it away as maybe relatives? Childhood friends? I like the shrines of the Nine Divines. If my home doesn't have it, I make them. But it''s good to have a place for them all already in the home... It's very masculine, but has a fab kitchen.

Such a beautiful place. You're right though, it's on the testosteroney side. 😅 I feel however it's let down by the 2nd worst bed in Skyrim. If my house has 'Manor' in its name I kinda expect a fancy bed, 😂
