I take notes when I watch these videos whether its written or just in myself. I figured out its because I translate what you say, so I can understand it. Today's thing that I had to reconfigure the words for myself so I would have no resistance. The words I had to play with are " Align with the deeper truth of self". So I had to change it to " Align with my deeper joy " . Now of course me being myself I need to know why not truth? What about that word specifically is buzzing me. And for me my expectations on what I hold as true is not really true, and I'm rewriting what is my true, or actually it feels like I'm expanding as to what I see as truth in looking for and finding the joy to play in. Hope this serves.
