system 32 can be found in ur windows folder.... something like that
if windows is in installed on local disk c:\
then open c:\ then go to windows folder inside windows folder u will find system32 folder

The computer denied access to the folder System32. HELP!

you will get access denied when you extract the files in system32
so extract the files on desktop then drag them or copy and paste them to system32
