It seems from my prior views of other 1930 short films that these were Educational Studio films
(based on the TV repackaging). Thanks for posting! Their motto was we put the spice in! or something like that, meaning low budget but funny.

Really Loving this Marge Beebe....her comedic style remains quite refreshing 92 yrs later----naturalistic, not overplayed, excellent timing. Someone needs to research a bio on Beebe. When's a box set coming out...? Definitely a "lost comedian" who needs to be better know, lifted from obscurity.
