The Flying Nougie - the impossible caramel

The Flying Nougie caramels have a nougat center. And here you can see us cutting and twist wrapping the Flying Nougie caramels. Nougat is very sticky and difficult to work with. It sticks to everything. Super sticky.

The Flying Nougie caramels are a Butter Cream caramel with a nougat center.
