As far as I understand, YouTube does not penalise if we answer "yes". The yes or no is not limited to AI voices. It also includes, do you "generate a realistic-looking scene that didn't actually occur". So, if you are creating AI-generated imagery with Stable Diffusion or Midjourney, you have to say "yes".

Thank you for the insightful video on this topic. The issue is that those creating misleading AI-generated content are unlikely to declare it. YouTube might be asking the wrong people. It's like asking a thief, 'Do you intend to steal?'

My content is focused on Ai content, like animated gifs, and Ai pictures.

This new rule to me I am fine with. I probably would just out yes every time to avoid needing to type a certain Thing in my descriptions because Frequently put my content is Ai and honestly I really don't know if some people read that, so this will hopefully help a lot with that.
