For those who are wondering how the coke suddenly turns to ices. He is cooling the coke below the freezing point. But because of shaking theres constant motion which doesn't allow coke to solidify(Solidification is like crystal formation you need to have nucleus(starting point of solidification for ice to start solidifying on it) but that motion and doesn't allow nucleus to form or ice to start solidifying on nucleus. But when he takes it out it solidifies immediately.

Summary: he's superchilling the coke. It stays liquid at below freezing temp because the bottle's inside is squeaky clean and doesn't easily let ice crystaks form. The shaking and the salt are just to make the coke freeze extra fast. The shaking distributes the heat (or lack of) evenly and the salt lowers the freezing point of water, letting it get even colder and chilling the coke even faster.
