easy low level unique legendary gear farm strategy | borderlands remaster legendary farming guide

the borderlands remaster has been a ton of fun to play through. i've already got a couple characters going in the game (a soldier and a siren) and accidentally stumbled upon this really great gear farm (works for the new unique legendary items in the game, and it's how i got my clipper, baha's bigger blaster and silent night).

this gear farm is excellent due to its accessibility during the early game of one of your playthroughs which a lot of us are going through multiple times now. farming gear from skagzilla is really easy to do, it's very quick to complete full cycles of the run and the gear drops are usually quite great even if you don't net one of the new legendaries.

Once you have it available. Go to the location called "The Vault". 7 chests there. The one in front of you gives you one of the 5 new legendary weapons every single time. Once you get it, go back to Tartarus station save and restart. The chests respawn every single time. And don't forget to farm the 18 chests in the loot room at Tartarus Station.

Man, that is some crazy RNG to get two of those gearbox guns from that. My first playthrough all the way up to destroyer, I found ZERO orange weapons! But, in the vault chests I found 3: baha's shotgun, volcano sniper and a blast Equalizer! I guess I got really bad RNG to not find ANY orange weapons until i killed destroyer at level 34. Also I beat one small moxxi arena also and found ZERO orange items after five boss waves. But luckily the three oranges I did find seem really really good for me at level 34 and I'm brick so the blast part of the equalizer is cool

Found out an amazing place to farm for legendaries where you will guaranteed get over 1. Go to the general Knox boss fight in the claptrap dlc and after the fight there are many many lockers. The lockers will have legendaries in some of them.

Small secret : i farmed legendary pistol much earlier in the story to be precise in the lost cave at the beginning when fighting the giant worms one of them dropped it 🙊

I killed skagzilla at least 30 times and finally got the hive mind, and using the elephant gun and sledges shotgun are gun for killing skagzilla.

I started playing the game recently.

I confirm that you must complete a quest that unlocks the fast-travel option before being able to spawn at Lucky's place.

Skagzilla has amazing loot indeed. I found the legendary rocket launcher from him and it is a ridiculous weapon.

The Elephant Gun is indeed amazing. Scoring a critical hit with it is very rewarding and fun. It is my current favourite weapon.

At the beginning of the game, I farmed Nine-Toes maybe two times and got two purple weapons. His pets also drop good stuff.

Had some great drops. Bahas shotgun the silent night & mug shot on my 2nd play through. I play on NS (nintendo switch) and all the farming tricks do work for BL1 BL2pre & BL2. But I did notice that we NS players don't get the loot-a-pults in Tiny Tinas assault on dragon keep.

out of the thousands of hours of bl1 have put way to many years into this game got my first ever legendary quest reward randomly rewarded a hellcat from turning in a bounty board mission it was on of new haven's missions

Roland does hav god skills thou dont sleep on roland for example the description on some of his skills r straight up wrong like metal storm says 6% per point but really its almost double 11% with a mod u will shred

This must only work on Remastered, bc it's bunk on the PS3 original. Killed skagzilla at least 2 dozen times and no rares.

Only legendaries I saw were in Lucky's vending machine. Couldn't afford them either time 😫
