Have a difference of opinion when they say unemployment, I’m working as HR for last 13 years in BFSI but candidates are not ready to come and work in sales with good salary & incentive despite of being unemployment and low capabilities always in dream world.

My maid is from Jharkhand and she earns 25-30k per month, her husband works as a security gaurd in our society and earns 20k. This family is earning approx 50k per month and still enjoys the benefit of BPL / EWS.. there are many such examples today.. no job is small, you just need to be motivated and smart..
