I am still having issues with a blank screen on the final step. I created the database bWAPP in mysql just as you did and restarted the service. Only i'm still getting a blank screen when i click to install.
Do you have any ideas what might be the issue?

I had been using chatgpt and it never told me to fix the install.php file to remove the ! from the connect string. If I had watched this before then, I may have saved 4 hours. Anyways, thank you!
