Get Ripped Abs Fast | 5 Minute Ab Wall Workout
Here's a new 5 minute ab workout using a wall for an extra challenge. You can do this in your home or outside, no equipment required! This helped me to tone up fast because gravity forces you to use small muscles to balance and stabilize. Although this is an ab workout, it works many other muscles and your whole core overall.
Feel free to do these without the wall while you build up your strength. Work at your own pace, listen to your body!

This workout looks like nothing I've seen before. I'm also amazed by how strong Taylor is. This workout is really hard but it does not look any harded than walking when Taylor does this. I'll try this myself today!

i don’t normally post comments like this but THIS ACTUALLY WORKS! i’ve been doing this every day for just over a week now and already can see soo much more definition in my abs! definitely give this a try, it’s hard but it works!

To get ripped abs, you need to bring your body fat % down enough to be able to see your abs. So please keep this in mind when looking for results following Taylor's workout! How do you get your body fat down? Burn more calories than you take in each day. Do this consistently and you WILL lose body fat. Unless you have low body fat you WILL NOT get ripped abs (something omitted in the video). I hope this helps!

Anyone else think this is a full body workout? No? Just me? ok.... I do love it though! I've been doing it about every three days these last couple of weeks and I really love how I can just squeeze it into my day. And I can really feel the difference in my back, both because my back is stronger and because my abs are helping with overall posture which relieves some of the pressure on my back. I think this a great workout. Thanks Taylor<3

Wow! These look hard but worth it. Your tip of doing slow and controlled with less reps is such a great tip. Most of the time I end up with injuries because I get tired of to many reps! Thank you! These look fun and different! 👍👍👍
