0:27 another reference to Miles being an idiot who steals ideas… right before that Benoit basically says someone resent the box, and right after Miles literally repeats exactly what Benoit says but makes it seem like he figured it out

"My puzzle guy barely got the five done in time and he apprenticed with Ricky Jay..."

So much in that line-- Miles answers the question and then adds on a totally unnecessary and unrelated flex just because it sounds impressive. Yet another example of how he's an idiot who needs everyone to know he associates with other, smarter people in hopes people will assume he's just as smart.

First villain was Captain America, second villain was Bruce Banner. Which Avenger will be the villain in the third Knives Out?

0:54 Reference to Ransom anonymously hiring Blanc to solve the suicide case.

Watched it last night. I love that they sort of set up Miles as a eclectic genius with the puzzle boxes until u actually meet him and hes just some rich douche bag. The boxes werent even his idea. "Someone resetter the box!" line cemented that. Benoit suggested it and he said it again like hes the one who thought of it.

0:55 the only mention of the events of Knives out in the whole movie as far as I'm aware. Which is a little bit of a shame. I wish Marta had been on the Among us Game. I think Anna de Armas would have been able to do a zoom call.

Knives Out 1: Why was I hired?
Knives Out 2: Why was I invited?
Knives Out 3: Why was I forced to pay to be here?

(spoiler) So Miles, who just comitted a murder, allows the superdetective who suspiciously showed up out of nowhere to remain on the island rather than kick him off? Then he decides to commit MORE murders with the detective still on the island? I guess the movie can handwave everything with "the villain is stupid" but I also think the writers might be a bit stupid.

It was an okay movie, but it's not for everybody

SPOILER

Secret twin swap, fatal pineapple allergy, fake death (sauce for blood), questionable motive for Duke's murder, ending that didn't make much sense. Overall, meh. I can't help feeling that it's a little over-rated. And it's worth reading the mixed/average reviews on Metacritic before deciding to watch.
