In this journal entry, I'm sharing the top questions I ask myself to help me achieve greater mental clarity on who I am as a person, in different areas of my life, in the current chapter of my life.

I find that when I have greater clarity on who I am, I am more motivated, inspired and I procrastinate way less.

I'd love to know what questions you ask yourself if you want more clarity?

The question I ask myself everyday is "What am I grateful for? Who can I help?" I also use a vision board to visualize my future, adding photos from the internet that best represent what I want. I update it monthly and save every version, so I can look back to see how my vision has evolved and ask myself "Why has it changed? What can this tell me about how I set direction? What themes are emerging from my life?"

Thank you for sharing Vinh, 25 years old here wanting to be wise, intuitive, aware. To not be mindlessly “brain rotting” and scrolling through social media, it’s hard, it’s addicting, but listening to your videos helps me break away and progress.

Vinh, this video hit it on the money. Thank you. I read the books and watch the videos but I don't have the mental clarity to help me really understand who I really am. Thank you Vinh. Truly appreciate your content.

Thank you for sharing the questions you ask yourself to us and if you can share more please do 🙏 More importantly, thank you for saying having clarity and understanding one self isn’t that easy.
On a generic metric, the questions that goes through my mind are; what is my purpose in life? Are my goals worth the work and sacrifices I’ll go through? Is there a better way to enjoy life and fulfil my dreams at the same time.
On a daily bases, I ask myself how did I affect the people around me and how they affected me? What is the one thing that I can do to be in a better mood? What kind of thoughts I’m thinking of and why I’m thinking this way?

JOURNEY! Thank you! 🙋‍♀️💖

The questions I always circle back to (throughout every day) are:
1) What fears am I allowing to keep me from moving forward at this moment?

2) What stories am I telling myself that create these fears?

3) Are they my stories or someone else's I've taken on as my own?

4) Are these stories true?

5) How can I either let them go or lessen their influence on me at this moment so I can move forward?

I figured this much for ages while working through my own struggles. My wording in 3 simple terms is to know who you are, learn from who you were, and find motivation from within

Sounds like great advice. I should spend more time asking myself such questions.

Vinh you should take up Latin dance classes! And then go social dancing 💃🏻 it is so therapeutic, much like cooking.

To get to know me better I put printed photos of a certain chapter of my life in chronological order on a table. I also listen to music of that time period. Just by wondering around those memories and mind-states gets amazing insights.

Also, I plan to do the self authoring program by Jordan Peterson.

Wow. I loved this journal. How fresh background. Are you on hiking? Thanks for the questions that lead us to think clearly. I believe creating new version of me is the best thing that I want to do within this year. I didn't watch game of thrones but I watched the 'Naruto' anime and I believe it's the best anime series that I have watched.
