Hey guys maybe can someone help me. I bought ct 9500 but i have a such big Problem. I have a drops and artiffacts, no matter if im recording in 4k or 1080p 60 fps. Can someone help me to solve my problem?

Hi, bit late to ask, but I’ve heard the audio on the ct9500 is horrible and I was wondering the best solution to this, there’s no audio input on it if I’m not mistaken so I’m not sure what to do.
