You overlooked the fact that the garment factory can also be used as a fast travel hub ;) If you check the garage then you'll find a specific exit there; this can teleport you to several subway stations. In addition you can also teleport back to the garment factory from those same subway stations. Which I think is _huge_ because there are several nice locations for this (Del Perro, La Mesa, Burton, etc...).

Why not give the jester widebody drift tuning? Basically the same car and drift cars have a tendency to get blown up from my experience so the missile jammer would have made even more sense.

Sea sparrow should be capable of storing in your submarine and in exchange the regular sparrow will be transferred to the hangar. Once the sea sparrow is in the submarine it can be equipped with counter measures.

We will be trying for the tier 4 all of this week and next week... we want that truck!! i have seen some youtubers had the truck on the first day. man they need to pace themselves. they are going to burn themselves out on this DLC the first day. i did all of the missions on pc and old gen. saved the next gen for today. it ain't going anywhere. So far i like this DLC.

Is your contender modded? I don’t see those upgrades at all. It’s just a empty truck bed or covered top with a rack

they patched going passive in your night club and getting the in club popularity mission, . now its just random popularity missions, no matter if you're passive or not
