I don't care about an apology. I want an explanation of what she saw and why she thought she saw something extraordinary.

I will never NOT want to know what scared this poor woman so much that she was willing to risk humiliation and even being arrested to get outta there!

She was in panic because she knew exactly what she was looking at. That level of fear comes from realising you are in real danger of losing your life and not from losing some stupid AirPods that are replaceable.

I feel for her. I have PTSD and have hallucinated in my sleep. Hallucinations are scarier than all my traumas combined. She deserves mercy and understanding. ❤

It’s weird to me that she feels that she needs to apologise, she didn’t really do anything wrong. She was in a panicked survival mode and wasn’t consciously trying to offend or frighten anyone.

And she didn’t film it or upload it to the internet.

The first thing I noticed was the disgust. Many of us have done or said things at some point in our lives, that were not our best selves. It is sad how much society doesnt give anyone grace.

I just started this video, but I want to say big respect to her for facing the world.

I feel for her. She had a genuine episode on that plane for whatever reason. Someone took advantage and recorded her when she was the most vulnerable and now the whole world perceives her a the "crazy" one. A few seconds of a stupid video can forever destroy someones life in so many ways. I hate this about the world today, recording everyone all the time, twisting truths, ruining lives.

It seems she is taking a bad situation and taking the opportunity to turn it into a positive service. Much respect to her. Thank you, Spidey, for this video analysis, teaching us, and helping her reach a broader audience. ❤

When she seemed sad, I felt she was expressing shame. And her mission statement about promoting mental health leads me to believe that she probably had a mental health break of some sort, such as a panic attack, hallucination or the like. Kudos to her for addressing her behavior publicly and apologizing. And she doesn't owe anyone an explanation to anyone! As usual, you are spot on, Spidey!

Its always surprising how many people still dont know how much makeup can alter a persons face

Big respect to this lady, she was big enough to admit her culpability, whatever the reason for her outburst. In the video, she seemed genuinely distraught and fearful, who knows what was going on, what kind of trauma she was experiencing. Put it behind you, learn from it and move forward. Everyone else, she's apologised ... get over it, live and let live!

It’s not uncommon for people suffering from certain mental illnesses to see something very scary ( in their mind) and it’s sometimes brought on by stressful situations ( like flying). I feel a lot of empathy for her. Having a psychotic break in public is an awful situation- then to be mocked on social media about it? I can’t imagine how humiliating it felt. She handled it pretty darn gracefully.

I can't imagine me at my worst, when I've just made a horrible fool of myself, being caught on camera and splashed worldwide for all to see, laugh and mock. I've had bad moments but they weren't caught on camera. Ma'am we forgive, we move on, and we bless you. It's ok. You're ok. All will be ok. May God comfort you.

She explained all around what we wanted to know. 😅 We were not worried about her use of the F-bomb. We were worried about what caused her so much fear. She grounded that palne, and it wasn't her use of profanity, it was her use of fear. What was she afraid of?! We may never know. 😅

Noteworthy, she never touched on the subject of what she saw. I consider myself a very sane person, sober and normal person, as a father, husband and former prosecutor turned business owner of multiple companies...and I too have once seen something on a plane which I will never tell to anyone as I would be perceived the way she is. I never before then nor after then, experienced any psychotic episodes or any mental health issues. To be honest, I was silently hoping this lady would reveal something which would be akin to the #metoo movement, and in the very least uncover if there had been experiments with hallucinogens' on planes. That being said, as a former prosecutor, I really enjoy these vids on body language analysis.

Her apology seems genuine and she appears to be disgusted and embarrassed with herself. It must be hard to move forward and forget about mistakes when the world is watching all the time. I'm glad she has support and still has her confidence. Hopefully in time she'll recover and people will move on to the next headline. Mental illness is no joke.

I have been her in public. I have thyroid issues and hormonal imbalances that can put me in a panic mode and I swear and act crazy just like she did on the plane and it's extremely embarrassing. And I am calm and put together like the apology video when not in panic mode. I totally feel for her!

Thanks for this compassionate analysis Spidey! I 100% agree that she doesn't owe us an explanation as to what happened, and it's entirely up to her whether to talk about it or not. MH struggles are bad enough as It is, I don't think people questioning the validity of whatever the reason was that made her feel panicked would do any good here. Very brave person to speak up like this!
