As a bald guy I can tell you that embracing the Buzz cut is the best solution ;)

I've been rocking the buzz cut since 13 y.o. Cost me two hair clippers in 20 years and I am still using the second one ;)
Saying that, my head is round so I can only have really short or man-ban.

On a serious note, diet, alcohol, sleep and stress contribute to hair loss as well. An put some muscles on ;)

Best I know of is to either use no product at all, or, a very *small* amount of "Unite Expanda Dust Volumizing powder" worked through the hair.

My hair has been thinning for a while, plus my hairline is receeding too, and I cut it down to a buzzcut from shoulder length a few weeks ago. I used to love my long locks, but not having much of any hair now has honestly freed me of a burden. I still contemplate if I wanna play around and try some different short styles though. Might as well. Might find something I like, can always buzz it off again if I don't. So, thanks for the ideas.

Everyone in the examples have hair on the top of their head. What if you have most of the top of your head bald with the sides and back still full? Is the end example of Picard the only option?

I'm 14 and I can give you some serious advice. I started losing hair when I was 12 hitting 13 it was stress but I've stopped my balding this quarantine. And I can tell you how. I was born with thick hair naturally and I always had my hair up and started taking warm showers. I started seeing balding in the front then the temples. I was so worried I couldn't keep my hands off my hair which was the biggest problem I was lost and confused and no article gave me the right advice all I did not take warm showers but i took very cold showers .It has alot of benefits it makes your hair pores close so it keeps your hair intact it also adds definition on ur hair. The second tip is if your hair is up put it down that's for a fact u have to put it down and not touch your hair when it grows sometimes it will look akward but trust me it will grow long and it looks good. it's okay if your balding but now the time to reverse it.
