So after looping around multiple times and getting very frustrated, I chose the try a different way and of course it won't send a code because that is no longer secure enough, I chose the option to get additional help. "Do you have your phone?" Yes. Back in the loop... Next time through I choose "No" so it texts me a code! I'm in! Somebody with YouTube should fix that!

Just got new IPhone 15 ...Tried to sign into you tube which I had in old phone. Keeps running me in circles, Asks to have me use google sign in email, which I sign into, then tells me to sign into YouTube on my phone(which I'm already In) So I'm basically stalled.HELP!

This doesn’t address if my YouTube account is OG and uses a non gmail account? My app was working fine and then my no gmail account data disappeared and since it isn’t a gmail account I can’t resign in.

nope. authentication will not send code to phone. and the email code generates a 24, then 48, then 72 hour hold on another authentication email that is also useless!
