Concept of SAP Cloud ALM - ServiceNow Integration

🚀In this video I'm gonna show you an example for Conigma Connect’s superior capabilities about complex integration flows. This fits to the ServiceNow – SAP Cloud ALM example in the last video. Here, a user story should not be created in SAP Cloud ALM until a corresponding task is created for that solution. Conigma Connect first checks whether an SAP Cloud ALM user story exists for the superordinate ServiceNow object before creating a task on the other side. If not, a user story is created first. Only then, the corresponding SAP Cloud ALM task is created linked to this user story.
