Two sisters reunite on the anniversary of the death of their father.

Their uncle has remodelled their family home, in an attempt at a fresh start. But one sister’s sudden reappearance threatens to shatter this fragile idyll as she demands justice for the pain she carries.

Alexander Zeldin directs Emma D’Arcy (House of the Dragon), Alison Oliver (Saltburn), Tobias Menzies (The Crown) and Nina Sosanya (Love Actually), in this new play, with music by Yannis Philippakis (Foals).

The Other Place plays in the Lyttleton Theatre until 9 November.

Wish I could go see this play. Love T.M.'s work after seeing "The Hunt" in Brooklyn.

Menzies picks extraordinary works to be in. I have no doubt this is phenomenal. I was floored by his performance in The Hunt and made two trips from the Midwest to NYC to see it. Gutted this is so far away and I’m unable to watch but sure hope it can be filmed and shared. Sounds like an interesting play for sure and I just KNOW he is absolutely delivering his character.

I take it that these people go to the theatre just to see people "off the telly". The play was appalingly written and worth of the worst soap operas. It is an insult to the genius of real theatre makers that it callsitself "after Antigone". I wanted my money back.
