Man killed after 4WD hits parked trailer on NSE near Muallim

A man was killed after his four-wheel drive (4WD) collided with a trailer at KM383.3 of the North-South Expressway in Muallim, Perak on Thursday (Sept 7).

Meanwhile, in Rawang, two people were killed when their car caught fire following a collision with a container lorry at Jalan Kuala Garing.

Jgn salah faham knp dia ikut line kecemasan / bahu jalan. Manusia ada kecenderungan ikut perkara yg berlaku disekeliling. Aku bg contoh:

Kita bwk kereta dan berhenti di lampu merah. Tiba2 moto depan2 kita jalan dan tanpa tgk lampu isyarat, kita pun terikut tekan minyak sekali. Pastu baru kita tersedar lampu msh merah dan brek semula.

Jd bila lori tu berhenti di lorong kecemasan / bahu jalan, ada kemungkinan simati kurang sedar dan msh anggap itu lorong paling kiri. Aku sndr pun pernah nyaris sondol kereta yg park tepi warung sbb tu bahu jalan utama yg aku tak expect ia tempat utk berenti. 😢

🙏 Deepest condolences to the departed accident victims' families & friends ... Must rest at a petrol station or wind down the windows to let in fresh air when feeling sleepy when driving, especially during the night ... Vehicles that parked on the roadside must ON hazard lights to let the vehicles behind them know that, that they are stationary! Hope the Authorities can order those old, damaged & abandoned vehicles on roadside in many residential areas to be tow away for scrape for safety & health reasons as these old, damaged & abandoned vehicles can caused accident for out of control vehicles using these roads during raining days & the damaged vehicles' plastic bumpers can breed mosquitoes! 🙏🕯🌼🌿🌍
