Ultimately no one can change economic reality. Government manipulation of money thru interest rates, fiscal policy through stimulus checks etc. UBE BS. All smoke and mirrors and corrupt politicians and bankers behind the curtain. Only lower cost inputs and greater efficiency in production really improves our condition. That and maintaining the rule of law and property rights make a nation an attractive place to investors. Oh and equal protection an application of said law- unlike what we have now.

We have been playing the relocate manufacturing to cheapest local game for so long the developed nation consumers have lost jobs with benifits and descrenary income overtime. It amazes me that consumer demmand has not eroded deeply enough to structurally destroy global demmand. Western nations have been dim witted enough to understand that it destroys their tax base, makes citizens restless, and provides war product supply risks. Are we finally seeing this permanent economic change?
