I feel that TF2's soundtrack is really underappricated. Assembling a full orchestra that's actually good and having them play original music is something that's not exactly easy to do. It's just adds an emphasis of how much effort went into the game.

0:34-0:56 : laughter and uncertainty between the both of them, as the Medic expects the heart to explode any second now
0:56-1:20 : placing the heart into Heavy
1:20-1:34 : Heavy’s chest and ribs growing back from miraculous medi-gun powers
