everything is like this only because Facebook contains a small image on the phone and horizontally. Is it possible to set the obs vertically? my camera for emeet streamcam one

I don't get Facebook live. I see streaming in 1440p on some gaming channel but I can only stream at Source which is 1080p @60fps the trick is obviously 1080p/60 but the bitrate have to be 9.500Kbps if you going higher Facebook going to converter to 1080p not "source" and look worst since it look like is 30fps. WHY Facebook convert it source only at 9, 500Kbps? I don't know. Still changing setting to learn how stream at 1440p since my PC and internet can handled easy
