He’s got more than a point. Responsible father is what I got from all that coz he does NOT want his children to learn such behaviour..! 👏

"one of the most important managers England has had in the last 100 years, I would say" Guess it's time to rewrite history.

As an arteta out person, i respect him here. We can discuss things without abuse as abuse is too far. He makes sense here so good interview. Still dont want him as manager but he makes some good points.

Who knew Steve Bruce getting sacked would bring up the issue of abuse to players and managers in the game, it is great to see.

Steve Bruce is a Geordie and grew up supporting Newcastle United. He wished the best for the club, and I am 100% certain, he gave everything. Wish him all the best in whatever does next!

I think social media amplifies negativity because its easier to complain than find a solution creating a negative echo chamber

He makes great points, AFTV love abusing players and staff, their media does it all the time. When really if fans are unhappy with results and direction of club(business) this should solely be for the owners for investment and board of decisions. Abusing players or managers isn't going to make the team better; they've made the club toxic.

Edit: I think Mikel is out of his depth and we still have players like Elneny and Xhaka who will never be at the arsenal standard; but the solution is to talk about recruitment and decisions at the club not abuse these players it's not their fault the club gave them a job.

Any Premier League club, just please hire me as your manager. I don't give a damn about being insulted by a bunch of losers that are your fans I will gladly pretend that I respect them in spite of all. Also I will certainly land you at least 1 win in your first 10 matches. All that for a mere salary of 1 million.

Very very educated answer, many parents should learn from this

This man may not be the best manager in the league but he’s so intelligent and such a great communicator that’s why I trust him to lead Arsenal and help this team of young players grow

Mikel is only saying that he feels sorry for Bruce because he's in the same position as Bruce. And maybe critic's and fans could also feel sorry for him with the way Arsenal fans treat him .

ahh so his kids watch AFTV?

Are we allowed to finally admit that it is a net-negative on the club, its players and the manager?
