The Stunning 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado returns digitally to take on the hot hatchbacks of today. The 1966 Oldsmobile Toronado was way ahead of its time. It was among one of the most stylish cars produced during the 60s. It had a futuristic shape inspired by spaceships, and its retro design looks modern even by today's standards. But the space-age styling wasn't the only positive of the Toronado. It also had an ultra-luxurious interior that looked straight out of the future. This Oldsmobile packed in plenty of power under the hood too.

It came with the most powerful V8 in Oldsmobile's 1966 line-up. A front-wheel-drive layout set the Toronado apart from other cars of that era, making it an engineering masterpiece. Oldsmobile closed shop a while back, and the Toronado nameplate was retired in 1992. Hotcars' in-house digital artist Rostislav Prokop has created a stunning rendering of what a modern-day Oldsmobile Toronado would look like. It perfectly captures the retro styling of this classic and is ready to put modern hot hatches to shame!

I’ll be damned - you have rendered an unexpected mashup that is so awesome that I hope that someone pulls the trigger and makes it happen!

Doesn't need a widebody kit, the original looks good!

Dude when I was a kid, I remember my uncle had one from the 90's or something. It had a freaking screen in the center console with buttons on the side (wasn't a touch screen) and a freaking wired phone (this was before cell phones were common). Was such an insane car, since it was basically what we got today. Cars with center console screens and the ability to talk on the phone whirl driving. Ahead of its time by a lot.

To see this beautiful, priceless gem of an automobile from the 1960's, and an Oldsmobile at that, 2 me the most loved car of that family, the Toronado, ( of which my grandma purchased 1972 straight from the showroom floor) is a well applauded treat. Is the Oldsmobile family of vehicles making a comeback, or is it only 4 this 1 car??? Either way, I've got 2 have it. A child back then & an adult now, nonetheless I'll always b a diehard Oldsmobile Toronado fan.

I HAVE BEEN N LOVE WIT THIS CAR SINCE MY GRANDMOTHER BOUGHT 1 (STRAIGHT OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR BACK N 1972), MY MOTHER WAS DRIVIN IT, & SHE MADE SURE THAT SHE "WAS SLOW ROLLIN" DOWN THE STREET & THE SUN WAS JUST STARTIN 2 SET, & SHE HAD ONLY THE "PARK LIGHT'S ON SO IT LOOKED SO FUCKIN COOL, & EVERYBODY WENT COMPLETELY INSANE LIKE, "WOW, WHAT KIND OF A CAR IS THAT???" IVE BEEN ATTRACTED 2 THEM (WIT THAT PARTICULAR MODEL) FROM THAT DAY FORWARD, I REMEMBER THE OLDER MODEL'S BUT THEY LOOKED 2 MUCH LIKE THE ELDORODO, NOT THEN, THEY HAD COMPLETELY SEPERATED THEMSELVES FROM THAT LOOK N 1972. NOW, JUST LOOK @ THIS FINE LIL DARLIN HERE, DAMN.

If you render better make it RWD
Rear fender MUST be kept original, it's the car's signature
You can do it better
