And Tremaine Edmonds before him. Also Miliano missed most of last year. It sucks but if you look at how they've drafted they've been planning for this for a while

Business as usual for the Bills Defense. Quite frankly they are never fully healthy. They haven't had their best defensive player on the field in over 5 years now. 2 years of Tre White being out, 2 years of MIlano being out, a year of Von Miller being out.. This is nothing new with this defense. They wont miss a beat. Only had Milano for 4 games last year, and won 11 games. They will be alright as long as 17 stays healthy.
