Trump 'skirting the line' with social media threats

Donald Trump is under orders not to intimidate witnesses or prosecutors in his pending criminal cases, but that didn't stop him from demanding "an eye for an eye" in a recent online video. Former Watergate prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks, NBC News Justice Reporter Ryan Reilly and former Republican Rep. I agree most American people won't vote for Trump, but that makes more of a reason not to vote for her or the other Republicans who rose their hand on stage that night.

This stupid idea about not incarcerating him for threatening people is the exact reason the legal system is useless! Two rules...normal people go to Jail, Trump does whatever he wants....

What she said is patently untrue. Threatening the judges and the prosecutors is ABSOLUTLELY actionable and he was warned against it. It falls VERY clearly under interfering with the judicial process. So there is no skirting the line here. He has already directly violated the terms of his pretrial release. Besides he has already categorically witness tampered since signing he agreement by very publically telling a witness due to testify the very next day not to do so. He did it in a tweet for all to see. So he is not locked up right now because they are afraid to do it. Period.
