Impeccable. Jimmy Capps is so great too. I’d like to know the name of the other guitar man.
Country Road is so valuable and I treasure it.
Sylvia is my favorite lady vocalist. So classy and perfect. Not many can do the vocals on this song exactly perfect like Sylvia does. Drifter also shows her vocal range and perfection. Nobody and Snapshot were great but Tumbleweed was her masterpiece.

Ah, this beautiful song brings back so many good memories of the first time I heard Sylvia singing it on the radio in the winter of 1980 while my grandma was driving me to school. My mom, grandma and I were so fortunate to see Sylvia numerous times in Jackpot, Nevada and she sang "Tumbleweed" at every show, and we'd always look forward to hearing her sing it. She re-recorded the song for her "Second Bloom" album in 2018. You can hear snippets of it and every song from her most recent albums on her website.

As I recall, Sylvia was offered a million dollars to pose for, I think, Hustler magazine. She had the decency to say no. She was a beautiful woman, though. Still is.
