Battlefield 1: Patch Notes, Free Stuff, Russia DLC Confirmed

Battlefield 1 just got its first update and patch. Not much changes in terms of gameplay, but quite a few bug fixes. You can see the complete list of bug fixes and the changelog here:

Battlefield 1 will also be doing cross promotion with Titanfall 2. Play Battlefield 1 to get the awesome "Red Baron" skin / camo for your titan in Titanfall 2. There are also some details here on how to unlock the "Online Phantom" and "Insider" dogtag.

Lastly, the Russian Empire has been confirmed as donwloadable content (DLC) for Battlefield 1. No date for release, but I'll see you on the Eastern Front.

That Lawrence of Arabia sniper you were using in the beginning has a pretty big snap to target range, a friend and I tested it if you're about 5-10 feet away from the opponent, and looking about 1-3 feet to the side and press the aim button. it'll snap right to him. I've also noticed it in long distances as well. Just a quick did you know.

I wonder what new elite classes will be in the expansions, I do have an idea for one. The artillery commander, this class will give you the Luger P08 artillie and the special park about this class is a scope that you point at enemy positions and call in artillery strikes on emery positions.

Hey flak fire do you think dice should add the radio/spawn beacon to BF1. I think they should give it to the support class this time instead of the scout because we don't want snipers camping and this will allow the support to "support" their team with a place to spawn

I really hope we get to see some combat on the Flanders line like Ypres in multiple battles throughout the war and have a mission for it with the second battle of Ypres with he soldier's reactions to the gas and how the 1st Canadian division saved Ypres, which prevented allied defeat that would have been inevitable if the city was captured.

AMA: Since it seems like each DLC will add in a new faction, do you think it should also add a new 'chapter/story' single player mission as well? I think the way they did the campaign allows them to easily add in as many more as they like, and the player-character can be from any army or country.
