I am going through trauma therapy and I cannot tell you how right you are when you say the REAL problem is our inability (or choice, rather) to not accept any given feeling, thought, sensation. WE create the resistance in our higher brain.

I came across the tapping solution a couple of months ago. I have tapped for self-esteem issues, depression, trust issues, problems with sleep...., and as I have been going through the process I have noticed positive changes in my general sense of well being. Thank you so much for giving me the tools to help myself instead of having to rely on others to heal me. The very first time I tapped I was overcome with intense emotions. I inquired if my reaction was "normal" and the response was that I may have deeper issues that need to be addressed. I did, and still do. Utilizing the tapping along with traditional treatment is allowing me to be part of the healing process instead of just relying on medication, which to me is as good as a bandaid! I'm sharing these tools with anyone who is open enough to give it a try. Again, thank you!

I've done this few times and man I definitely noticed a difference. I feel a sense of calm and collectiveness I usually don't get. Way better than I expected this to be.

I have been using EFT for 13 years and have had great experience in releasing issues like anxiety or fear. This technique has helped my child overcome the fear of riding a bike within minutes although I just tapped on the points without addressing the issue.

Personal experience w EFT: Tapped for four or five rounds. Felt nothing. But ten minutes later, felt and had a calm moment of acceptance of a certain long-term situation. I don't assume that acceptance will "last" without continual effort, but that's to be expected. Thank you for the video!

Thank you. I tried it last night and had a very deep sleep afterward. I was tapping around my insomnia. You also have a beautiful, clear smile.

It really does work, I try to practice everyday, its not a mystery, the process is about being open and honest with oneself, accepting our humanness and allowing our Basic Goodness to have a seat in our awareness

Hi Jessica....I watched your video even though I have been using EFT for around 12 years now...and I  LOVED that you used your whole hand for the collarbone point! I had not thought of doing this but it is brilliant....when you tap this way, you are also tapping on your Higher Heart Chakra (Thymus Gland) as well! Fantastic....I will be doing this from now on....I have seen you grow from your very first interview with others and wanted you to know that you are an amazing person! I've use tapping for anxiety and depression and it's really helped me with the symptoms. I'm trying it now for poor memory and brain fog which is another issue for me. I'll let you know how it goes.
