Spotted Tyvek sheeting. That's not local. It's made by DuPont and imported from the USA. Are these houses for social housing, or private rentals/ownership? I lived in South Yorkshire for twenty-five years and the housing availability was horrendous; spent half of that time on waiting lists to get on the waiting list. And then they brought in the bidding system, which meant those of us who had been on the waiting list for yeaes lost out to those who weren't even on it. Keep building these houses. The need is desperate. And the design is innovative.

It would be nice if you got rid of the distracting title sequences that blur out the action and take the viewer away from the subject; which is seeing this amazing structure take form.
