Several of these are on my TBR. Especially Virginia Woolf. Love hearing people talk about books and get so excited. 😊💙

This space is such a blessing when it comes to finding out what is out there and seeing other's joy for a book you have yet to read!
I have gained so much breadth and depth in my life between pages as a result of listening to this wonderful community.

Yes I could so do this as well- BookTube makes us read it for sure! So much fun!

Love the energy! This sounds like a fun tag - I've picked up 4 great books based on Booktuber recommendations. In fact, I should be getting book #5 ( _The Gene: An Intimate History_ ) sometime soon; and, while it wasn't a recommendation, it was based on your review of _The Code Breaker_ back in February :)

I love how excited you get about the books you read. Pretty much anything I have read over the past year has been because of booktube. It’s been an awesome reading year

This was a fantastic video for getting to see the subtilty of your reading taste. I always think you have similar tastes to Ros from Scallydandlingaboutthebooks, maybe because of your mutual love for Woolf and An Unnecessary Woman, not sure why I'm mentioning that, but you're both great BookTUbers.

Such a fun tag! And I love how many books we on booktube discover because of different booktubers! That Jane Austen biography sounds so good! I have been meaning to learn more about Austen and the Georgian/Regency Era.

That was a cool video, Shelly. It got me thinking of the books I bought (or gave Christmas hints for) upon hearing of them from Booktube channels.
I bought four books that peaked my interest after hearing about them from Tanya of Bookish Topics. I read all four – _Don Quixote, The Invention of Morel, Piranesi, _ and _The Woman in the Purple Skirt._
But it is Michael K. Vaughan, whose reading interest aligns so closely with my own, that has had the greatest influence upon me. I acquired 23 of the books he talked about, and have read nine so far. Some I have had on my mind for years, like _The Annotated Sherlock Holmes_ and _City._ Others, like _Tarzan of the Apes, _ I will pick up eventually.

Yaaay I love this! Love that mm cardigan? Is it? Wat is.
I didn’t know your reading Mrs Dalloway was inspired by Bob! Neat!!
Yeah cannot go wrong with Baldwin.
Galaxxxxy brain!
Oh snap why did they burn Austen’s stuff. You’d think they’d be trying to ride the heavy train for as long as possible.
Ohh I saw that Bluest Eye video Kim did tooo.
Some Biographer’s Tail
Good ol Stevie D. Catherine is coming down the pipe for me “soon”.
Thanks so much for doing this! Even more of a compliment to the Booktubers than my own, I think.

I just read Giovanni's Room at the beginning of the month and I loved it so much!! I love Toni Morrison, one of my favorite authors, but Bluest Eye is so far my least favorite of hers that I've read. Love Beloved though!

Very cool tag! I am so glad you enjoyed Giovanni’s Room and Claire Tomalin’s biography on Austen. I would hate to hear books you got from Booktube but didn’t enjoy!

Glad you’ve enjoyed Toni Morrison. She is definitely one of my favorites!

Byatt is an interesting writer but can be encyclopedic in her interests and references. Let me know if you want to read and discuss Possession together at some point!

Cheers, Jack
