Hukkus Bukkus is a timeless Kashmiri ballad that has manifested in many forms & versions over the years by various poets, scholars and artistes alike. Owing to its affability, the song strikes a chord across all age groups but has gained popularity amongst children.

In this song Aabha Hanjura strings together a series of Kashmiri lullabies, poems and profound verses into a groovy simulating melody which gets you foot tapping and sets your spirits free on a joyride of innocence.

The confluence of traditional Kashmiri instruments like rabab and santoor comes together to rekindle the memories of adolescence and nostalgia of your childhood.

Aabha:
Aabha Hanjura is the founder and vivacious lead singer of the Sufi rock band Sufistication. Since 2005 she has established herself as an unique independent musician who's reinvented the rare and unique accents of long lost Kashmiri folk sounds and instruments. Aabha Hanjura & the Sound Of Kashmir, her debut album features an ensemble of vintage instruments like the reflective 'rabaab' that embodies the depth of the valleys accompanied by the melodious "santoor" reminiscent of meandering wild rivers finished with the rustic sound of the "tumbaknaari" that evokes the calm sense of homecoming signified by the Dal Lake.

To all the kashmiri pandits out there... Kashmir is your rightful home. It is was and will be always waiting for you. Kashmir is incomplete without Pandits, muslims and sikhs in it...
