Seems like noble efforts. So now it means folks with a Linux on their computers can have access to all the retro-goodness of DOS era?
Does FreeDOS or DOSEmu allows full-fledged DOS development (as a way of training to do some low-level, driver programming in constrained, hardened mode so to say)?

Thanks, very interesting! I think the last time I used DOSEMU it only ran on X86 hardware. I'll check it out again!
