MLW C630M start-up and shutdown

We are by Bridge 60, adjacent to Steamtown in Scranton, PA, where we see Delaware-Lackawanna MLW C630M 3000 as it gets started up and shut down while some running repairs were done to the engine. 3000 was originally built in 1970 for Pacific Great Eastern as their 706, and was then acquired by BC Rail, where it retained its number. Eventually, it came to the DL and was renumbered to 3000. Enjoy the sound of the ALCO 251 as it starts up and shuts down. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me.
