Brewing Sahti with Wood-Fired Mash Boil

Sahti master Eila Tuominen brewing traditional Nordic farmhouse ale sahti on a wood-fired kettle. Eila insists that sahti mash should be properly cooked and this is what it looks like. She boils only the mash, not the wort.
