I'm pretty sure at one point, Odalia and Alador loved eachother. From their childhood flashbacks and the photo of when Alador won that belt, Odalia was always there and she never seemed like she was gonna use him for whatever, Eventually i headcannon as time went by, Business, Authority and Reputation got to Odalia, on the other hand, Alador had decided to become the best of the best after realizing he has been neglecting his children. (Getting rid of Willow because she didn't get her magic fast, and being okay with the fact that Luz was used as a abomination test or whatever), Either way, The two are separated as of right now; Odalia giving zero damns of her family and Alador, just, somewhere.
