New Grey Market Episode: "My Plan to CRUSH $130 Million in Sales in 2024"
One little text message error led to a big and expensive mistake, and even worse, an angry customer. It's not always fun and games at the office.

It's now a BUYER'S MARKET! (9:26) and I bought an F1 car!

Adrian "Yeah."

love it

Adrian is a stand up guy. He has proven it many times in previous videos with customers. He admits when he is wrong, owns it and comes up with a solution to appease the customer.

"he's a car salesman" probably knows every trick in the book. Adrian dealt with the situation like a mench.

As a car salesman I wonder what he would have done if someone sent him a picture of a car for sale saying it was an R/T, GT, etc only to find that it was a base 2.0 liter model

Dude absolutely knew what he was doing. He was definitely trying to get more for that Wimbledon.

Adrian. “Yeah.”

That was brilliant 👌🤣

I’m also in the car business and people misrepresent their vehicles on a regular basis to inflate the value of their trade when working a deal over the phone. When they arrive, of course their first go-to is that the dealer lied and misled them because all dealers are slimy and deceptive. This guy used that exact approach and unfortunately it worked.

Adrian the dude was probably on vacation heading to Jersey shore. I never did trust a used car dealer.

“I’m not like this” lmao the dude jumped into ~being like that~ immediately. Clown.

Funny how the buyer is comparing his job as a car salesman LOL.... everyone knows not to trust a car salesman. He definitely knew what he was doing sending the exact "wrong" reference number that matched the other bezel worth more.

When someone says I’m not like this, yea you are…

The wrong reference and the picture. Dead set give away he knew what he was doing. Plus how he originally trying to move the cash his way to 5k from the original 4K it doesn’t add up. Adrian is a boss

Adrian is the man, I never seen a alpha big dog size up to him before, until now, that man knew how to handle his business. Respect to all parties

The customer was a shyster and you're lucky you caught him nobody needs customers like by the way you're going to have to dismantle that F1 car and reassemble it inside the office

If he sells cars, he should know that's like telling a dealer a mileage, then it shows up with 3k more miles than you were told

The problem with "appeasing" a customer like this is you incentivize them to do it in the future to someone else. He's probably pulled stunts like this his whole life, and he's used to people giving away concessions. And the worst part is he's probably patting himself on the back all the way home, thinking what a shrewd "negotiator" he is. At least you have this schmuck outed on YouTube for the whole world to see.

The best was, when the guy says to Adrian . Now your telling me a different story YA 😆

I think that customer knew he was offered way more than his watch really cost and thats why he drove there. Thats the price of doing business. He even gave the wrong reference number i believe so ya he knew what he was doing.

Love how LB stresses buying inventory 15:46, unlike competitors that are looking for any and all consignment opportunities
