GTI Mk5 idle clicking noise. Is it normal?

It’s normal mate, just your hpfp working as normal. Do not listen to these idiots trying to tell you otherwise, I work with R-Tek and we specifically only do TFSI engines

The car is a 2009 model, dsg. It sounds as if a pen is being clicked. My guess would be chain tensioner but more likely the fuel injectors idk. I know these are pretty noisy cars but the clicking is quite noticeable and seems off to me

That is the N80 valve. Its right by the hood latch. Just had this pop up on my car, you can use a screw driver to poke around and find out.
