Star Wars Rogue One: Donnie Yen on his Jedi-like, blind Rogue One character Chirrut Îmwe

Action legend Donnie Yen plays the Force-trusting warrior-sage Chirrut Îmwe in the new Star Wars film, Rogue One. We asked what impact Chirrut has on the group and what it was like wearing lenses throughout the entire shoot to make his character’s blindness look real.

His character is probably one of my favorite characters in star wars from this point forward. But the acting was really what made it possible. Donnie Yen played the part as good as I could have imagined.
