Watch Police Drop Everything To Save 9-Week-Old Puppy Choking On Food

When Megan Vitale ran into a police station with a friend clutching her 9-week-old Saint Bernard puppy, Bodhi, who was choking on food. Officers from the North Reading Police Department noticed the puppy not breathing, limp and unresponsive. As the owner frantically paced distraught over the situations, they immediately began giving him compressions and after a few minutes they dislodged the obstruction.

I hope these people realize, they mightve "just saved a dog" but in reality, they probably saved the couple's entire world

This is a nightmare to go through, I lost my mastiff cross after choking on a bone .. I lost my best friend in 15mins .. he was and still is the only male that has ever stood by me and alway was there for me till the day he died .. Will love you Ned all my days

I just love how we have oxygen masks for animals like that. Like it’s so cool to see firefighters or police carry around those mask just Incase some type of situation like that

These officers should be publicly commended for applying the action "to serve" from their credo. Yes, it was only a puppy, and if they had done nothing it would not have changed anything in history, but they DID react, and by doing so they have brought great credit upon themselves, their department and their city, in addition to helping to restore public trust in OUR law enforcement personnel by the general public.So I say BRAVO to those officers in blue.

They brought the puppy to the ER veterinary hospital that I work at the day this happened. They admitted the pup for one night and went home the next day. I just recently saw the owner and the dog and they’re doing well. 😁
