A Houston man was arrested Thursday in connection to the woman who was found dead in a newly built home in La Marque.

My heart goes to her daughters… so sad a hard working woman murdered by an evil person. I hope he goes to jail for the rest of his life. Condolences to her family🙏🙏

That is super sad. I am really sorry to her family. My mom died in 2021, peacefully at home, and it was traumatic enough for me. I could not imagine if this happened to my mom.

Just sooo heartbreaking, my condolences go out to her family 💔😢😢 and especially her daughter who has to travel to Houston to put her mom to rest, I unfortunately can relate because I too had to travel to Houston to put my grandson to rest, he was only 15 years old and he drowned in Sims Bayou on June 2nd 2022, I know it's not the same as losing a loved one to violence but believe me it hurts the same💔💔, I just want her family to know I'm praying for them and may your loved one Maria Rios rest peacefully 🕊️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
